TRAINING VERSATILITY

Move as you wish. This monitor provides accurate heart rate data for a variety of activities including running, indoor and outdoor cycling, strength training, HIIT, fitness classes and more.

TRAINING IN THE FLOOR

For your indoor or on-the-track running workouts, this monitor transmits pace and distance data to your compatible Garmin ^smartwatch1 so you can get the data you need, wherever you’re training.

STORAGE AND TRANSMISSION OF DATA

During workouts like HIIT, you can start and stop activity on your compatible Garmin ^smartwatch1. Even if you remove your watch and leave it out of the reception area, HRM-Fit stores the data and then sends it to your watch when your activity is saved.

MONITORING ACTIVITY

If you don’t wear your watch, the heart rate monitor records the number of steps, calories burned, minutes of intensity and your heart rate throughout the day. It even updates all your Garmin devices via the Garmin ^Connect™ smartphone app.

BATTERY LIFE

Don’t worry about replacing the battery. The ^HRM-Fit™ monitor has a battery life of up to 1 year.
