EXTENDED RUNNING DYNAMICS DATA

Improve your running form with running dynamics data, including stride rate ^loss1 to understand how much you slow down when your foot hits the ground, in addition to vertical oscillation and ground contact time and balance (compatible ^smartwatch required2).

REGISTERING AN ACTIVITY

During activities when you can’t wear your watch, like team sports or wrestling, the HRM 600 heart rate monitor will log your workout and sync data including heart rate, calories, speed, distance and more, right in the Garmin ^Connect3 app.

MONITORING ACTIVITY

The HRM 600 records daily metrics including steps, heart rate, calories burned and minutes of intensity, and syncs this data directly to Garmin Connect to keep it up-to-date across all your devices.

TRAINING VERSATILITY

When running on an indoor track or treadmill, the HRM 600 heart rate monitor sends your pace and distance to a compatible ^smartwatch2. When swimming, the HRM 600 stores your heart rate data and sends it to a compatible ^smartwatch2 when the activity is saved.

FUNCTIONAL AND DURABLE

An LED indicator lets you know when the HRM 600 is awake and ready to work, or when the battery is low. Use the button to easily wake up and pair the heart rate monitor. The HRM 600 is durable with 5 ATM water resistance.
