Preparation and use
Dissolve 3 scoops of powder in 500 ml of water.
It is recommended to drink it during the warm-up (150 to 300 ml) and regularly during and after training (150 ml every 15 minutes).
Ideal for prolonged and intense exercise up to 2h.
Use as a complement to a healthy lifestyle and balanced diet.
Composition
Sucrose, glucose syrup, acidity regulator: citric acid, sodium citrate, maltodextrin, calcium salts of orthophosphoric acid, sodium chloride, natural lemon flavouring with other natural flavourings, magnesium carbonate, vitamin C and thiamine (vitamin B1).
May contain: milk, soya, gluten particles.
