Isostar Endurance Energy Bar Cereal & Fruit energy bar with fruit and cereal flavor contains a complex of simple and complex carbohydrates that provide energy during intense and prolonged exercise.
The energy bar is rich in vitamins B1, B2, B6, PP, C, and E. Vitamins B2, B6, and C help ensure optimal energy metabolism — converting nutrients into energy — and reduce tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin E helps protect cells from oxidative stress. The energy bar contains a low amount of lipids, which improves absorption speed.
Suitable for use before exercise (from 3 hours to 1.5 hours prior) or during exercise.
