Preparation and use
Dissolve 3 scoops (found in the packet) of powder in 500 ml of water.
Use 150 ml every 15 minutes during warm-up and 150-250 ml every 15 minutes during exercise.
Can be started 3 days before exercise to optimise hydration and glycogen storage, or 3h to 1h30min before exercise to maintain hydration and energy stores.
Composition
Sucrose, glucose syrup, acid: citric acid, sodium citrate, maltodextrin, calcium salts of orthophosphoric acid, natural flavour, sodium chloride, magnesium carbonate, vitamin C and vitamin B1 (thiamine).
May contain: milk, soya, gluten particles.
