RETURN OF GOODS

If you’ve received an incorrect or non-compliant product, you have the right to return it to us. Returns under the 14-day withdrawal policy can be made within 14 days from the day you purchased (received) the product.

When returning products, please adhere to the following conditions:

1. The product must be in its original, undamaged packaging.
2. The product must not have been damaged by the buyer.
3. The product must not have been used or lost its original appearance (labels intact, protective films unremoved, etc.). This requirement does not apply to the return of defective goods.
4. The product being returned must be complete with all accessories originally received by the buyer.
5. The Garmin device must not be activated or connected to the Garmin Connect smartphone app. Products for which the manufacturer’s warranty has been activated by linking the device’s serial number to the user’s Garmin Connect account will not be accepted for return.

When exercising the 14-day withdrawal right, the buyer must cover all direct costs related to the return of the products.

We will refund your payment for the returned products without undue delay, but no later than 14 days after receiving the returned goods.
